Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. mild taco sauce
- 1 pkg. nacho chips, crushed
Method
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and break into small pieces.
- Carefully drain off fat and let cool.
- Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces in a large bowl.
- Then add the onion, tomato, cheese and the ground beef.
- Mix well.
