Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 to 1 c. milk
- dash of salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Sift flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add water, a little at a time, whisking constantly.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Finally, add milk, stirring vigorously, until batter is smooth.
