Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 soup can cold water
- 1 can peas
- 4 or 5 potatoes, sliced
Method
- Fry hamburger until browned.
- Add onion, soup, water, peas and potatoes; stir gently.
- Cover; cook slowly over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
