Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oleo, softened
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 (No. 10) cans biscuits
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Put tablespoon oleo in Bundt pan.
  • Add marmalade. Sprinkle with pecans.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Separate biscuits. Dip biscuits in melted oleo, then in sugar mixture.
  • Stand biscuits on end in pan, spacing evenly. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture and drizzle with remaining oleo. Bake near center of oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Cool upright in pan 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Invert onto serving pan.
  • Makes 18 to 20 servings.
