Ingredients
- 1 leek (use everything but dark outer leaves)
- 2 c. water
- 1 bouillon cube (vegetable or chicken)
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, peeled and diced
Method
- Cut leek into 1-inch sections lengthwise to make it easy to clean.
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
- Set on low, cover and let it do its work.
- In microwave, put in 8-cup glass measure, cover tightly with plastic wrap and cook at 100°
- for 12 minutes.
