Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (5 oz.) glass English Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 48 olives (medium size), drained and dried
Method
- Cut butter and cheese into flour.
- Add salt.
- Form into small balls.
- Form around olives and seal well.
- Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 48 balls.
