- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. cut up celery
- 1 c. cubed potatoes
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 c. cut green beans
- 1 can cut up tomatoes
- 6 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large stew pot.
- Simmer for 3 hours, covered.
- Enjoy.
