Ingredients
- 1 stick or 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 can evaporated milk
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Prepare pastry for 9-inch one crust.
- Beat eggs slightly with a rotary beater; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust and bake 15 minutes.
