Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. oil (I use Wesson)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix flour and sugar.
- Add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Slice cake in pan.
- Pour icing over it while it is still hot.
