Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 10 Tbsp. water
- 1 3/4 c. flour*
- grated lemon rind (optional)
Method
- Beat egg yolks, sugar and water until very light and foamy. Whip egg whites to which you have added 1 pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of water until stiff.
- Beat 3 teaspoons of confectioners sugar, one at a time, into egg whites.
