Ingredients

  • 2 large bunches of Celery
  • 2 pkgs of Cream Cheese
  • 1 large jar of olives w/ pimentos
  • 1 10oz bag of pecans

Method

  • Wash and strip celery. Make sure to get all the strings so that it will be easier for your guest to eat.
  • Cut celery into two inch stalks.
  • Chop olives small
  • In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese and olives. Do not stir yet.
  • Put pecans in a pan and put under the broiler till they are roasted. This is when they are brown not black, so watch them they will burn.
  • Mix the hot pecans into the cream cheese mixture and now it is time to stir.
  • Stuff the celery from end to end.
  • Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. It is great to entertain your guest while the meal is cooking.
