Ingredients
- 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
- salt (to taste)
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, diced
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 sandwich buns
Method
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef, salt and pepper until thoroughly cooked.
- Drain.
- In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours.
- To serve, spoon mixture onto sandwich buns.
