Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh okra
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 slices bacon
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- remove bacon and cut okra in small circles and fry until most of sticky stuff is out.
- Then add the tomatoes and onion and crumble the bacon into pan.
- Serve warm. Cook only enough to heat tomatoes, simmer 20 minutes.
