Ingredients

  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small jar pimento, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery, sliced
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Method

  • Mix all except the last 2 ingredients together.
  • Place layer of the mixture in a greased baking dish; top with mushroom soup and sliced eggs.
  • Continue until all ingredients have been used.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
