- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 small jar pimento, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. finely chopped celery, sliced
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Method
- Mix all except the last 2 ingredients together.
- Place layer of the mixture in a greased baking dish; top with mushroom soup and sliced eggs.
- Continue until all ingredients have been used.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
