Ingredients
- 2 1/2 sticks butter
- 3 c. plain flour
- 7 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Have butter at room temperature.
- Combine butter, flour and sugar.
- Add pecans and vanilla.
- This will be a stiff dough.
- Roll small amounts into small balls or finger shapes.
- Bake in 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool completely. Roll in confectioners sugar.
