Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. sherry
Method
- Preheat oven
- to
- 350°.
- Grease
- and flour a Bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- On medium speed of mixer, beat
- smooth,
- at
- least
- minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until cake tests done.
- Cool 15 minutes
- in
- pan,
- then
- turn
- out and finish cooling on wire rack.
- Add a sprinkling of confectioners sugar or vanilla glaze.
