Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. sherry

Method

  • Preheat oven
  • to
  • 350°.
  • Grease
  • and flour a Bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • On medium speed of mixer, beat
  • smooth,
  • at
  • least
  • minutes.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until cake tests done.
  • Cool 15 minutes
  • in
  • pan,
  • then
  • turn
  • out and finish cooling on wire rack.
  • Add a sprinkling of confectioners sugar or vanilla glaze.
