Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
Method
- Mix together and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Separate dough into 24 balls and put in mini muffin pans.
- Press into cups.
- Fill each with 1/2 teaspoon of filling.
- Bake at 350° to 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is brown.
- Remove from tin while still warm.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
