Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 lb. pecans, cut fine
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg, then flour (sifted), then the nut meats (cut fine).
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet with teaspoon.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°); cook quickly.
- Yields 50 cookies.
