Ingredients
- 2 pie shells
- layer of grated cheese
- layer of sausage, fried and crumbled (1 lb. is enough for 2 pies)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix eggs and milk.
- Pour over layers of sausage and cheese. Add a little extra milk, if needed, to cover sausage.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until egg is set.
