Ingredients
- 8 oz. medium-wide egg noodles
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, finely ground
- 6 oz. Feta cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
- salt
Method
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Return to pot and toss gently, but thoroughly, with 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
- Place eggs in mixing bowl; beat slightly.
- Add cheeses and salt, if desired, and blend well.
- Divide into 2 equal parts.
- Mix parsley into 1 part.
