Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium-wide egg noodles
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, finely ground
  • 6 oz. Feta cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
  • salt

Method

  • Cook noodles; drain.
  • Return to pot and toss gently, but thoroughly, with 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
  • Place eggs in mixing bowl; beat slightly.
  • Add cheeses and salt, if desired, and blend well.
  • Divide into 2 equal parts.
  • Mix parsley into 1 part.
