Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Method
- Peel and grate cucumber.
- Squeeze out excess juice.
- Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
- Mix well and Cover.
- Place in refrigerator for a least 1 hour.
- I usually make this the night before so that all the flavors have a chance to meld.
