Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c. margarine, cut in pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. chicken breasts, cut up
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme (optional)

Method

  • Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box.
  • Mix soup and milk in 2-quart casserole.
  • Stir in chicken, mixed vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serves 6.
