Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can of mushrooms (pieces)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- paprika
Method
- Place chicken in pan skin side up.
- Combine rest of ingredients including liquid from mushrooms.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle generously with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
- Serve with rice/wild rice.
