Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Espresso
Method
- In a small pan over medium heat, add all ingredients except espresso. Whisk until mixture begins to steam. When steam appears, remove from heat and transfer mixture into a blender.
- Cover blender and blend mixture for about 15 seconds, or until froth forms.
- You are all set to go! Distribute espresso among cups. Add pumpkin spice mixture and top with milk froth if desired (see note below). Enjoy!
- Note: If you would like a layer of foam to top your latte, pour milk into a glass jar with a lid. Firmly close the jar and shake for 30-60 seconds. Uncover and microwave for 30 seconds.
