Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Method

  • Cover baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk.
  • Skin, bone and pat dry the chicken.
  • Dip chicken in buttermilk.
  • Then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Makes 4 servings.
