Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 slices white bread
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 small, grated onion
- few grains of pepper
- catsup and water
- pinch of poultry dressing seasoning
- pinch of garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Beat egg in a bowl.
- Crumble bread into it.
- Add enough catsup and water to make a soupy mixture.
- Drop in the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Form into small balls.
- Brown in small amount of oil in frypan.
- Remove to casserole dish.
