- 2 c. water
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 pt. green beans
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable flakes
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 bouillon cubes
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with artificial sweetener.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until cabbage and celery are tender.
