Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding, Small
- 1 whole Premade Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
- 1 container Whipped Topping
Method
- 1. Soften cream cheese.
- 2. Added sugar and vanilla and blend well.
- 3. Slowly beat in milk, scraping the bowl as necessary.
- 4. Slowly beat in pudding mix, scraping the bowl as necessary.
- 5. Pour into crust.
- 6. Top with whipped topping and eat.
- *Fat free cream cheese will make for a lighter, fluffier pie, while full fat will make for a richer, denser pie.
