Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding, Small
  • 1 whole Premade Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
  • 1 container Whipped Topping

Method

  • 1. Soften cream cheese.
  • 2. Added sugar and vanilla and blend well.
  • 3. Slowly beat in milk, scraping the bowl as necessary.
  • 4. Slowly beat in pudding mix, scraping the bowl as necessary.
  • 5. Pour into crust.
  • 6. Top with whipped topping and eat.
  • *Fat free cream cheese will make for a lighter, fluffier pie, while full fat will make for a richer, denser pie.
