Ingredients
- 1 small box elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. mayo or more (Kraft)
Method
- Cook macaroni; drain.
- Add vinegar and sugar, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Drain off excess liquid.
- Add pepper, onion and mayo; chill.
