Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped peppers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- In a bowl, place cream cheese; gradually stir in crushed pineapple, pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
- Cover and chill several hours.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
