- 6 lasagna noodles
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 15 1/2 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Brown beef and onion; drain.
- Add Ragu, oregano and salt. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Mix cheeses and parsley.
- Layer in 2-quart Pyrex dish the noodles, cheese and sauce.
- Repeat, ending with meat.
- Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
