Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (7 or 8 oz.) box macaroni (may be elbows or shells)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can green peas
  • 1 small can Shoe Peg corn
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 chopped onion

Method

  • Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
  • Cook macaroni; drain. Drain peas and corn.
  • Mix all ingredients together, except grated cheese; pour into casserole dish.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.
