Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (7 or 8 oz.) box macaroni (may be elbows or shells)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can green peas
- 1 small can Shoe Peg corn
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
Method
- Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
- Cook macaroni; drain. Drain peas and corn.
- Mix all ingredients together, except grated cheese; pour into casserole dish.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.
