Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Bananas
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- (optional) Nuts (walnuts, Pecans, Or Almonds Work Best!)
- (optional) Nutmeg And Cinnamon To Sprinkle On Top
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat the oil and brown sugar until smooth with no lumps. Add the eggs and bananas. Beat well; there will be some lumps. Add flour, baking soda, salt, milk, and vanilla. Beat until combined, batter will be thin. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the top with nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Cook time depends on your oven but is usually around 55 minutes. Bread is done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
