Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Bananas
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • (optional) Nuts (walnuts, Pecans, Or Almonds Work Best!)
  • (optional) Nutmeg And Cinnamon To Sprinkle On Top

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat the oil and brown sugar until smooth with no lumps. Add the eggs and bananas. Beat well; there will be some lumps. Add flour, baking soda, salt, milk, and vanilla. Beat until combined, batter will be thin. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the top with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  • Cook time depends on your oven but is usually around 55 minutes. Bread is done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
