Ingredients
- 1/3 cups Fresh Basil
- 1/3 cups Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
- 3 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yoghurt
- Salt, Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Method
- Wash herbs well, then blend all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand held blender.
- Serve with pasta, cous cous salad, chicken salad, roasted or steamed vegetables, sweet potato chips, etc.
