Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, fluid Soft Or Regular Tofu
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 5 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoons Turmeric (adds Flavor, Nourishment And Yellow Color)
  • Pinch Of Powdered Stevia, To Taste
  • Herbs Or Minced Garlic May Be Added If Desired

Method

  • 1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or mini-prep.
  • 2. When well-blended and thickened, it's ready to use.
  • Will keep in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 days.
  • Note: Sometimes I use 1 tablespoon sesame oil for part of the oil, and when I have pomegranate juice, I might use it instead of the stevia.
