- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large pkg. nacho chips
- taco sauce
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown hamburger, onion and celery in a skillet.
- Add salt, soup and kidney beans to meat mixture and cook for 8 minutes at medium heat.
- Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with nacho chips.
- Pour meat mixture on top.
- Cover mixture with remaining chips; sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with taco sauce and optional toppings of sour cream, olives and guacamole.
