Ingredients
- 2 scallions, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 lb silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 dash sesame oil (omit if watching fat) (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
- Transfer to bowl and serve with raw vegetables.
