Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can corn chips
- 1 (12 oz.) can mixed salted nuts
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a large bowl, combine corn chips and nuts.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, cheese and taco seasoning mix.
- Pour over corn chips mixture.
- Stir until well coated. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Yield:
- About 6 cups snack mix.
