Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can chili (optional)
- onions (optional)
- green pepper (optional)
- garlic (optional)
- taco seasoning (optional)
Method
- Melt cheese in crock-pot on low or in microwave.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on low in crock-pot for 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
- Serve over chips (tortilla).
