Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 cup Elbow Noodles
  • 1 cup Milk (you Can Eyeball This)
  • 4 cubes (about Half-ounce Cubes) Velveeta Cheese (This Is The Key Ingredient)
  • 4 cubes (about Half-ounce Cubes) Any Cheese You Have On Hand (Jack Cheese Is Not The Best Choice, Unless You Want It Stringy)

Method

  • Note: The cubes of cheese dont have to be perfect.
  • Just pick a size you like and stick with it.
  • But remember that if it is too big, it will take longer to melt.
  • Boil noodles until well done.
  • In a pot, put milk and Velveeta (and nothing else!).
  • Cook on low until Velveeta is completely melted, mixing constantly.
  • Then add the remaining cheese and melt until desired thickness (please try to not pour this over some chips).
  • Then when the cheeses are completely melted, slowly pour over the noodles.
  • Do NOT pour all the sauce in at one time!
  • Stir until desired cheesiness.
  • Now you can either share some with your family or eat it all.
