Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add oil and milk; mix until flour is moistened.
- Roll out on lightly floured board; cut with cutter.
- Place in ungreased pan; bake at 450° for about 10 minutes.
- Yields 12 biscuits.
