Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese
  • 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c. cubed ham
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Method

  • Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package.
  • Add peas, ham and milk, mixing well.
  • Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle on shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over all.
  • Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
