Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package.
- Add peas, ham and milk, mixing well.
- Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle on shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over all.
- Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
