Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mustard
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade or 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Combine ingredients.
- Brush on ham or ribs (or whatever meat you want) frequently during baking.
- Makes enough for a 10 to 15 pound ham.
- You can use this on roast chicken or turkey or as a sauce to dip shrimp or chicken nuggets.
