Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices, uncooked
- 4 chicken breasts, uncooked and cut into large pieces
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried ham, cut into small pieces
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Partially fry bacon and cut into pieces.
- Arrange dried ham pieces on bottom of casserole.
- Place chicken pieces next and then bacon.
- Combine soup and sour cream.
- Pour over meat layers.
- Bake at 300° for 2 hours.
- Serve over rice.
