Ingredients
- 6 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. uncooked, unrinsed rice
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Rinse medium size saucepan with cold water.
- Pour in 6 cups milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir in rice and return to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer.
- Stirring often, cook, uncovered, until rice is tender (45 to 50 minutes).
