Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • sesame seed

Method

  • Drain and chop mushrooms.
  • Soften cream cheese.
  • Combine mushrooms, cream cheese and seasoned salt.
  • Press perforations in crescent roll dough to make 2 long pieces of dough.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on dough.
  • Roll each piece sideways.
  • Brush top with beaten egg.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed and slice about 3/4-inch slices.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Makes 4 to 4 1/2 dozen.
