Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) orange jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 (11 oz.) mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1 c. cold milk
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Mix with beater for 1 to 2 minutes the lemon pudding and cold milk.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Stir in orange juice concentrate until thawed.
- Stir in undrained pineapple.
- Let partially set.
- Fold in oranges.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until set.
- Spread with topping and chill overnight.
