Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) orange jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 (11 oz.) mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

Method

  • Mix with beater for 1 to 2 minutes the lemon pudding and cold milk.
  • Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • Stir in orange juice concentrate until thawed.
  • Stir in undrained pineapple.
  • Let partially set.
  • Fold in oranges.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until set.
  • Spread with topping and chill overnight.
