Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 large handful fresh parsley
- salt to taste
Method
- Coarsely chop mushrooms in a food processor.
- Remove and set aside.
- Coarsely chop onion.
- Remove and set aside.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Melt butter over low heat in a frying pan.
- Add reserved ingredients.
- Cook slowly.
- If it is too thick, add a little sour cream.
- Serve on cocktail rye or crackers.
