Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew beef
- 4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
- 4 to 5 carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- chopped celery (if desired)
- 1 small can green beans
- 1 small can corn
- 1 can tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- water (enough to cover)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook on medium heat for approximately 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
