Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn
- 3 Tbsp. flour or corn meal
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat.
- Grease in a large baking dish.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish (dish should only be half full).
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered. Increase heat for an additional 5 minutes to brown, if necessary.
